Bodin & Butter started in our kitchen on Bodin Street with a simple idea: make really good cookies, in small batches, for our friends and neighbors.
We’re a small, home-based bakery with a passion for great desserts. Each week, we make a limited number of cookies using quality ingredients and recipes we’ve tested, tweaked, and probably talked about more than necessary.
Belgian Chocolate Chip is always on the menu, along with a rotating seasonal flavor that gives us an excuse to keep experimenting.
Everything is baked right here in Hinsdale and available for Saturday pickup, with local delivery to Hinsdale, Western Springs, and Clarendon Hills.
We don’t make thousands of cookies. We make a few really good ones.
