Pickup Policy
We make Saturday pickup easy and contactless. Orders are available for pickup between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM at:
703 S. Bodin St.
Hinsdale, IL 60521
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Thursday will be available for pickup the following Saturday.
Please use the porch on the 7th Street side of the house. Your cookies will be packaged, labeled with your name, and waiting for you in the cooler on that porch.
A few things to know:

Please pick up your cookies during the 10:00 AM–3:00 PM pickup window.

Once your order is placed in the pickup cooler, we can’t be responsible for cookies that are lost, taken, damaged, or left outside for an extended period of time. However, if you experience any problems, we would be more than happy to help.

If something doesn’t look right with your order when you pick it up, please let us know as soon as possible. We want to make it right.

Since we bake a limited number of cookies fresh for each weekly drop, we aren’t able to offer cancellations or refunds after the order cutoff.

Can’t make the pickup window? Please reach out as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee that another pickup time will be available.
Occasionally, weather or other unexpected circumstances may require us to adjust our pickup plans. If that happens, we’ll make sure you know.
