Delivery Policy
We’re happy to offer local Saturday delivery to Hinsdale, Western Springs, and Clarendon Hills for a $5 delivery fee.
Saturday deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Thursday will be available for delivery the following Saturday.
A few things to know:

We’ll knock when we arrive so we can hand your cookies directly to you.

Not going to be home? No problem! Just leave a cooler on your porch, and we’ll place your cookies safely inside.

If no one is home and a cooler hasn’t been left out, we’ll leave your order in a safe and reasonable location near your front door whenever possible.

Have special delivery instructions? Add them to your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If an incorrect address is provided, we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee redelivery or a refund of the delivery fee.

If we can’t safely access your delivery location due to weather, pets, a locked gate, unsafe conditions, or another unexpected issue, we’ll do our best to contact you and find another solution. We may bring your order back to our Hinsdale pickup location if delivery can’t safely be completed.

Once your cookies have been delivered, we can’t be responsible for orders that are lost, taken, damaged, affected by weather, or left outside for an extended period of time. However, if you experience any problems, we’d be more than happy to help.

The $5 delivery fee is nonrefundable once delivery has been made or attempted.

Sending cookies to a friend or neighbor? Absolutely! Please make sure the delivery address is correct and that your recipient knows to expect a delivery on Saturday between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Since we bake a limited number of cookies fresh for each weekly drop, we aren’t able to offer cancellations or refunds after the order cutoff.
Occasionally, weather, road conditions, or other unexpected circumstances may require us to adjust our delivery plans. If that happens, we’ll do our best to let you know and arrange another option.
